Crookedstone House is a bed and breakfast in Aldergrove, Co. Antrim. These terms apply to all enquiries and bookings made with us ("we", "us"), whether made by phone, in person, or through our contact form. By booking, you agree to these terms.

Enquiries and bookings

Bookings are arranged directly with us by phone, through our contact form, or via Booking.com. Get in touch and we will confirm availability, pricing, and any deposit required with you personally.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your dates, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. Cancellation terms, including any notice period and charges for late cancellation, are agreed with you directly at the time of booking.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in and check-out times are confirmed with you directly when you book. Please let us know in advance if you expect to arrive outside normal hours.

Pets and children

If you are travelling with a pet or with children, let us know when you book so we can confirm what we are able to accommodate.

Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of guests in our care, we accept no liability for illness, injury, loss, or death except where caused by our own negligence.

Changes to a booking

If your dates change, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate the new dates, subject to availability.
